Description

From the earliest cave paintings to the present day, leaving one's handprint is leaving one's mark on the universe. It says, "I was here!" I saw these handprints on paper covering a store window while the store was being renovated. Unlike the cave paintings, these handprints will only survive for a short time in their original form. Perhaps by recording them in this photograph, I have increased their life span.
